The International Cross-cultural Communication (ICC) Certificate
Overview
A trainer's certificate, certified by International House, inventors of the world famous International Teacher Training Certificate and the Distance DELTA online Teacher of English as a Foreign Language certificate, the ICC Certificate trains and certifies practising teachers and trainers as management trainers in cross-cultural and diversity training. The course offers a grounding in all aspects of cross-cultural training at school, college, vocational training and management training levels. Candidate progress will be examined by three micro-teaching assignments, the creation of a cultural briefing document and a three hour written examination. Participants who have successfully completed the three-day 'How to set up and run a cross-cultural and communication training course' receive a twenty hour credit against the full course.
